Zone diet, Keto diet, Atkins diet, South Beach diet, all of them if followed will produce weight change and results.
The problem is, not do they work, it’s do they work for YOU.
This is where the word diet gets dangerous. If you are ON a diet, you are probably soon going to be OFF that diet and that is a recipe for long term disaster.
