Introducing our new Mind-Muscle Makeover program!
So as most of you may know, we have been working extremely hard behind the scenes to ready the launch of our new program designed to have you achieve your health and fitness goals .
It is based on the techniques and strategies that have worked to get me not only in the best physical shape of my life, but also the strongest mental shape of my life.
This program is as much about building the confidence to believe in yourself, your goals and your dreams, as it is about teaching you how to lose the weight that you feel is holding you back!
We have been doing some beta testing of the program with a select group of people and just thought we would offer you a sneak peek of what is in store for anyone who decides to order the program!
Our first beta tester was Steph, a wife and busy mother of 2!!
She was a bit more advanced as she was previously researching nutrition and fitness on her own before coming to us, so she was provided with an accelerated version of the program and here is what she had to say!
Overall how would you rate the program?
I felt the program was fantastic! It gave me some great workouts to start doing. I didn’t feel overwhelmed, I was just excited to start!
Was it easy to understand and follow?
Sure was and anything that wasn’t, it was easy to ask Amanda questions or look up exercises on Youtube.
Were the exercises enjoyable and were you able to perform them correctly?
Absolutely! I actually find myself hating to miss gym dates and am now trying to sneak in workouts!
What was one of the most valuable things you learned about fitness/exercise?
I never really considered training with weights before as I was like everyone else thinking that it would make me bulky. With Amanda’s explanation it totally made sense and I am seeing so many results!
Did you see any results from the program?
Absolutely! My hubby has made many remarks about how defined my arms are, my core is becoming much more defined as well. My most exciting change – NO MORE CELLULITE! I’ve replaced those stupid little dimples with muscles, grrr!! All of this has to do with food, not just nutrition because more than half of your results will come from what you put in your mouth!
What was the most impactful part of the mindset changes in your everyday life?
When you feel more confident in your skin, you become a much happier person and that’s made a big effect on my relationships. I feel more connected with myself – happier and healthier with my appearance which has made me more confident.
Would you recommend this program to your friends and family?
Totally! My husband has been focusing more on weights and healthy eating as a result of me doing it and he’s also seen big changes. Many people have made comments about how great he looks!
A little bit about the program…
- It is designed for absolute beginners, those looking to get started on the path to eating right, learning how to work out properly (hint: cardio alone is not enough) and looking to improve how they think about themselves in both appearance but most importantly with confidence.
- Over the course of 12 weeks you will receive a new module each week with JUST ENOUGH information to help you understand why you should be making certain changes, however, with that information you will also receive your action task(s) for the week. It’s these tasks that will help you make the changes that you want to see.
- We don’t want you to feel overwhelmed with information overload which can happen if you ever start researching health and fitness on google! By breaking the information into weekly modules, you will be able to process the info in bite-sized chunks and digest/implement the action items over the course of the week!
In the end, the program is designed to TEACH YOU
- how to eat healthy (sorry, no 90 day meal plans here). Blindly following a meal plan that was not designed specifically for you may help you get the weight off initially but in the end it is not teaching you anything and once it’s over, then what do you do? By the end of these twelve weeks you should be able to analyze your food choices, know what you can and can’t have each day and perhaps most importantly have some CHOICE in the foods you eat.
- You will learn that it’s not only the exercises that you perform that help build muscle and shed fat, it’s also the way in which you perform them!
- My most favorite, you will learn the skills and techniques that I used to help build my confidence up to the point where I started to build my dreams. If you feel like you have put aside your own dreams in order to help others and now is the time to start focusing a bit more on yourself, then you will LOVE this. It’s not easy to take more time for ourselves but in the end, the happier you are in your own life, the more joy you can actually bring to others!

- online-offline where you can book additional sessions to meet with Amanda and have her train you personally.
