As a health and beauty coach I get ALOT of questions about supplements!
I spend a lot of time recommending different categories and brands depending on needs and what my clients need a bit of support with.
So with that in mind I’ve decided to list some of my favorites from each category below!
With each product you should be able to purchase either through the link on this page, or directly from the manufacturers site.
One of the essential supplements that most of my clients use on a daily basis. Either in their morning shakes, after the gym or when they are too busy to cook real protein-rich foods. Typically 30-60 grams from protein powder is what I recommend per day and it should never be the only source of protein consumed in the day. It’s called a supplement for a reason!
Another one of the essential supplements that my clients use on a daily basis. Food just doesn’t provide the same nutrition as it used to with the way we farm and deplete the soil. My clients use a daily multivitamin to help reduce the risk of nutrient deficiencies and optimize the results they obtain.
This is currently the only multi-vitamin that recommend to my clients. Just because it contains a very UNIQUE complex that communicates directly with your cells increasing energy. No other multivitamin has this patented formulation and I have seen its results first hand.
FISH OIL / OMEGA 3
Fish oil is rich in DHA and EPA, two powerful fats responsible for things like: increased metabolic rate, improved fat burning, and reducing our risk for a host of diseases (cardiovascular disease, cancer, and diabetes). If you can’t take fish oil for dietary or moral reasons then there are vegetarian (algae oil) sources available as well so you can make sure you get the recommended EPA and DHA.
Another great group of products for those people who can’t seem to eat enough vegetables during the day. Again, not a complete replacement for eating your vegetables, but adding a serving to your daily protein shake is a great strategy to get in more minerals, vitamins, phytonutrients and antioxidants. Great for travel as well!

This is just my preferred list of products currently.
They are what I recommend to my clients and what I have seen success with.
You may have a favorite brand of your own as well and I may just have not used them personally.
I’m always available to ask questions but with the thousands of supplements and thousands of supplement companies out there, I can’t possibly know or review all of them, dont hate me for it!
I don’t always recommend all of these supplements to all of my clients. Im not saying you have to take all of these, but if you are thinking about taking one of these, you can use this list for some guidance.
