Hip Bands

Builds and strengthens that butt and helps target the thigh muscles during leg exercises. Also inexpensive and travels well

TRX Trainer

Again, travels really well, slightly more expensive but allows for a wider range of exercises to be performed from home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Ankle Weights

These will allow you to progress on exercises without having to purchase lots of heavy weights.

Foam Roller
