My Story

Amanda is a Certified Personal Trainer, Pre and Postnatal Coach, level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach and a Certified Life Coach Practitioner. As a new mom Amanda also understands that motherhood changes us in every single way.
What sets Amanda apart is her love of helping clients achieve the results they want by building a stable foundation from the inside out so that they can feel amazing, capable, beautiful and strong.
